High-Dosage Tutoring with a Certified Teacher
Our High-Dosage Tutoring program delivers consistent, personalized academic support designed to close learning gaps and accelerate student achievement. Led by certified educators, each session is tailored to meet your child’s unique needs using a research-backed model proven to boost performance. Each tutoring program consists of three live online 30-minute sessions each week for the duration of the program. The 36-week tutoring program is great for students who are looking for a full academic year of consistent support!
How it Works

Diagnostic Testing & Goal Setting: Before sessions begin, parents complete an intake form outlining academic goals. Students take a diagnostic test to identify strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring every session is targeted and effective.

Live, Interactive Sessions: Tutoring takes place in Pencil Spaces, a dynamic online whiteboard environment. Teachers are on camera, guiding students through engaging lessons. Students can participate via microphone, with cameras optional for comfort.

24/7 Access to Learning Materials: Session recordings and whiteboard notes are available anytime, so students and families can review and reinforce learning at their convenience.

Progress Reports: Every 4–5 weeks, families receive detailed progress updates highlighting growth, achievements, and areas for continued focus.
