Adventures with Nueva and Friends
Welcome to the wild world of Midlandia! The island of Midlandia is home to an interesting cast of characters whose adventures can teach you a lot. Each tale transports you to one of the many colorful places where the Midlandians live, work, and have fun. You will soon discover that life in Midlandia is not without its challenges.
Some Midlandians are working hard to get ready for a big event, including Posta, who is training for the Tour de Midlandia bicycle race, and Beaker, who wants perfect manners for the banquet dinner. Others could use a lesson in kindness, including Buck the banker and Builda the factory owner, who both leave some friends feeling bullied and excluded. There are even a few mysteries to be solved in town when Nueva studies the Great Tree and Beaker goes in search of some missing birds. The Midlandians also learn a thing or two about protecting the environment when Brick the builder realizes the forest is disappearing and Builda decides to do something about the town’s wasteful habits.
In Midlandia, each challenge is an opportunity to grow and develop a new skill, and every conflict is a chance to make a new friend or learn something about a neighbor. It may not always be easy, but when the Midlandians work together, they discover that they can accomplish some amazing things.
